@bigponyenergy I know many people don’t like certain feeders but I have a “hay hut” (mine are oldies and generally don’t test their abilities to climb in) and I can either put a round bale or a bunch of square bales in there. No waste at all but I agree it’s not a safe option for all.

@esmquestrian @SaraRaeDraper This was my experience also. Rideable yes but not a large workload. Mostly just quiet walking strolls around the farm. He could probably do more but I’d rather not push him

@esmquestrian Mine was mainly unwilling to work, went from a normal level of energy to basically not even wanting to walk under saddle. He’s mainly *barely* unsound now. Muscle weakness in his back/hind end. I can probably find videos/pictures of change if you want to pm me!
