After we CHASED the Consultant, the Councillors CONFIRMED that they NEVER went through Financial Statements as Council, the CEO stated that he Googled the Report of the Auditor General. The Finance Manager, for 19 Years, CONFIRMED that he doesn’t have a SINGLE QUALIFICATIONS in Finance. It is HORRIBLE and BAAAAAD! Red Flag 🚩. We will ACT ‼️‼️‼️‼️
