A2: A common road block for me is the assessment piece. Trying to find the right one and then differentiate it for my students can be a challenge. I could start and have started creating my own assessment pieces with a few online applications. That has been helping me. #smsutlap

A1: I will be all over the place. Many of my lessons, although connected, will use many different learning styles and outdoor activities. I will constantly be looking for new and wacky things to add to the mix! #smsutlap

A3: By being real with my students and showing them that we are learning together, I will not have as much of the students challenging my authority. When students do act up, I will be firm and hopefully at that time they will respect me. #smsutlap
