@united Spent 3 hours on hold with customer service, was told I have to wait 8 weeks for replacement. To top it off, return flight delayed 3 hours. Not one person on your team has shown an ounce of concern. Was loyal to United prior to this, but certainly not the case anymore.

@united absolutely horrific experience with your baggage services and customer “cares” team. Forced to gate check bag when there was ample overhead space when I got on plane. Hard cover bag CRUSHED and put on carousel w my belongings strewn everywhere.
