@carsondennis4 I absolutely agree it was shady and disrespectful to the game. I also think getting drafted first overall to the Chargers (or Nordiques) and refusing to play until you get a trade is shady and disrespectful to the game. Yet you put that guy on a pedestal. It happens on all sides.

@carsondennis4 I’m not defending them at all. But to say you play to win the game period is a stretch. Sweden three a game in the 06 Olympics and came out with the gold medal. Throwing games happens whether we like it or not.

@carsondennis4 Teams never play 100% to win 100% of their games. Teams start backup goalies, limit pitchers innings, ease players back into lineups after injury, etc. You wouldn’t be upset if a team started a backup goalie in November would you? Two points count the same in game 2 and game 82.
