@NjaCoach @BashirAhmaad I totally agree with you on that. I believe quite a few of them have been licensed. Getting the license is one thing…actually completing the refinery and bringing it online is a whole separate discussion. Any serious player has to complete and bring their refinery online.

@NjaCoach @BashirAhmaad Dangote went all in (about $20B)….how many businessmen have the guts or the capability to go all in and see it through? The government refineries are inept so they can’t even compete.
There are ways to keep Dangote reasonable (by govt) but nobody can compete for a while. $$$
