So nasus was a bigger outlier in Emerald and below(Im plat) than viktor. Anyways W post you even summarized my low elo experience well.

@drewlevin I find that as a gold player, I get people who I sometimes can't tell if they are trying and failing, or gave up and are griefing. But I imagine riot has the same issue separating the two in lower elos
