@MorganLawGroup You may recover the money, but you don’t actually get it to the clients… My fiancé was told in Dec they had a settlement… A few months go by, someone else calls & tells him they increased the settlement…since then not a word. No one returns phone calls…talk about frustrating!

@HomeDepot 80 y/o lady buys dishwasher. Big hole inside causes flood in house. Can’t get anyone to replace broken product. Lots of run around. Don’t buy any appliances from @HomeDepot and this won’t happen to you!

Heard back from @MercedesBenz … ZERO HELP. Will have car TOWED from @mbspringfield to another dealer to fix what Springfield broke. Next car will be BMW

@MercedesBenz This has been going on for over a week. Multiple people had said they would return phone calls yet have not done so. No one answers phone calls or returns messages. I have learned my lesson and BMW will be my car of choice for the future.

Brought working car into dealer for “recall”- they charge me $500 and returned car with no brake lines(brakes JUST done at another dealer/state) @MercedesBenz Never had this much drama with BMW

@MercedesBenz Unfortunately, this has been going on now for over a week so I expect no resolution. I have learned my lesson and will return to BMW in the future. I’ve had multiple people tell me they were looking into this and would return phone calls, and that has yet to happen.

@MercedesBenz Been in contact with dealership and corporate with absolutely no response responses from either of them. Previous mechanic that did the brake work can attest to those lines being fine prior to the dealership welding the frame.

@MercedesBenz I’ve been in contact with the dealer and corporate with absolutely no resolution. The mechanic that did the work on my brakes is absolutely perplexed, so to be told that the brake lines all broke after they had to repair the frame is a little ironic.
