I have issued a voice order to the Governor of Phnom Penh to release about 300-350 public buses to facilitate the transportation of workers to go to vote for the seventh mandate in the provinces.
I would like to make it clear that this transport does not discriminate against supporters of any political parties, so it is not a vote-buying process. I have requested clear quotas of how many buses each province needs.
This transportation is free of charge, so Phnom Penh Capital Hall will arrange the proper driver to take care of the well-being of the workers. This mechanism will help reduce the cost of workers who have to travel to vote.

Yesterday was my last at @vtdigger. Today I’m thankful for my colleagues at @vtdigger (& @vprnet & @sevendaysvt & @VNewsUV & @AP) who will continue the work. And I’m grateful that many will remain my dear friends. It’s been a privilege to be part of the VT press corps.
