@IsWickes Usual story of missing items from Wickes and then bounced emails and no phone response. Decided to email the CEO and also message him on LinkedIn. Got my refund within 2 hours.

@kendrick_jackie @Wickes I tried contacting kitchen service to see if I got a different response. A recorded message said that there wasn't anyone there due to unforeseen circumstances.

@Wickes How on earth does one contact Wickes? All emails are being bounced back and the phone is permanently engaged. Paid £77 for an item that was missing from the delivery. Not good enough Wickes!
