Tuesday. Thanks to an #EarlyMorning stakeout by our volunteers, this wanted recidivist perpetrator was #CaughtRedHanded stealing a box of poultry from a local store morning delivery order. He was subsequently arrested by @NYPD61Pct. #EyesAndEars #HereForYou #ItsWhatWeDo
