A NIGHTMARE !

@AmericanAir canceled my flight from NYC to DR the day I was supposed to fly with my wife and 2 kids.

No explanation. No compensation. Just an early-morning email saying: “Call us. We can’t rebook.”

They make the process so frustrating you give up.
