@racca_simone Beautiful!

[Knight's Path @Knights_Path]

@TheMrBlueGuy I played it in my dorm room just before graduating from high school 😄

We grew up playing games like Dragon Age: Origins, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, and Knights of the Old Republic.

Those old BioWare RPGs had something truly special. Worlds you wanted to get lost in, characters you genuinely cared about, and adventures that stayed with you long after finishing them.

It's that same feeling we hope to capture in our own way with Knight's Path.

Cheers to old BioWare, and thank you for all the great memories! 🍻

@Phantroneous @TimeTravelKrieg 🤔

@das_siegfried @IndieGameJoe Exactly!

@thedad_gamer @IndieGameJoe Absolutely! :)

Oh, definitely! For example Onimusha’s combat blew me away this year! Games can still feel magical. But being six and discovering those worlds for the VERY first time is something I’ll never recreate, that was pure MAGIC and I’m happy to cherish that while enjoying the new experiences too.

@KirkSimon14 I remember playing Dragon Age: Origins, diving into its lore and imagining all the possibilities this new fantasy world will offer. I was so sure it would grow into something that would rival D&D and all its games. Well, sadly, that never happened.

[Knight's Path @Knights_Path]

@Parry_Frames It did, yea.

Thank you for wishlisting! But yeah, please don't count on our game being a future replacement for Dragon Age. Knight's Path is NOT a top-down, party-based strategic RPG, and I just don't want to mislead anyone.

"A world you wanted to get lost in, characters you genuinely cared about, and adventures that stayed with you long after finishing them."

That's the feeling old BioWare games gave us, and we hope to capture some of that magic in our own way with Knight's Path.

Knight's Path is an action RPG closer to Gothic or The Witcher, rather than a tribute or spiritual successor to DA:O.

Still, we learned a great deal from playing those OLD BioWare RPGs, and their worlds, stories, and characters have had a big influence on us and the development of Knight's Path.

@JASONSOJASON1 We're a small team building Knight's Path in a garage after our day jobs. Do you really think we can afford to buy the Dragon Age IP? 😅

[Knight's Path @Knights_Path]

@Tyromon1510 Yep. I feel old...

[Knight's Path @Knights_Path]

@memeslich Hell yea!

Was going to post something about Knight's Path, but let's just enjoy the flying cars today! 🤯
We can return to the 15th century tomorrow. Today, we live in the future! 🤩

Early Work in Progress of our Crusader Knight wearing 14th century armour.

Historical detail you might find interesting:
Knights often wore their great helms over smaller helmets, like early bascinets.

@VagabondPhoto No heat exhaustion meter! You want the game to be fun, not 100% reflect on reality.
