Fledging action last Sunday at the only House Martin nest in use this year. Two broods were raised in this one nest after a very late start. Other nests previously used by Martins were taken over House Sparrows. Nest now all quiet. Hope they're back next year. @_BTO @rock_nester

This American Black Tern Black Tern has been returning to Long Nanny Tern colony for several years, first arriving as a Juvenile. Originally presumed to be a male. However this year, it has paired up with an Arctic Tern and has laid two eggs.
