We are only a few days into 2026. Early in the year, gyms are full — by the end of January, far fewer remain.
It’s a familiar pattern: enthusiasm is common; discipline and consistency are rare (and yes, I’m guilty too).
@Theaugustmodel This is a super initiative and more than a thing. It's the stuff of legend, a queen or king would do.
Thanks for inspiring us all.

📘 In 35+5 Laws of Tech & Engineering Excellence, this principle goes deeper with:
✔ Real obedience vs transgression examples
✔ Lessons from 100+ global companies
✔ Practical architectures for resilient systems #EngineeringExcellence#SystemArchitecture#DevOps#TechLeader
Is engineering for perfection a strategy for extinction?
LAW 2: DESIGN FOR FAILURE
Failure is guaranteed. Collapse is optional.
Most organisations are still engineering for the “happy path.”
In 2026, that is not just naïve, it is dangerous.

They build: 🚧 Cellular Isolation & Blast Walls (isolation) 🌀 Active Entropy (Chaos Engineering) 🔋 Shock absorbers (Graceful Degradation) 🛑 Automated Circuit Breakers Because at scale: Reliability is not the absence of failure. It is the mastery of it.
@mustafasuleyman Great to see this progress +1 to @JamesTakesOnAI . The first law in 35+5 laws of Engineering Excellence we architect for visibility meaning that independent evaluation is critical. Sign up page here: https://t.co/xQVOUg6fAq
@Keir_Starmer change the narrative.
Pull a Macron-esque listen to the people 10 city speaking tour through UK. I am surprised you didn’t plan for this outcome before this. Did you not believe that Labour would have a bloodbath in the May elections?
DM me let’s talk
These are tough results for Labour. There’s no sugarcoating it. We’ve lost brilliant Labour representatives who’ve stood up for their communities.
People are still frustrated. Their lives aren’t changing fast enough. We haven’t offered enough hope or optimism for the future.
I was elected to change this country - tough days like this don’t weaken my determination to do that. They strengthen it.
Nigerians need to have greater respect for the sanctity of life. No civilization survives if it disregards the living and dishonours the dead. The inability to properly equip and support your warriors is an enduring shame.
My heart is heavy at the news of the killing of Brigadier-General O. Braimah, Commander of the 29 Task Force Brigade, alongside gallant soldiers and the brigade’s Imam, in the Boko Haram attack on Benisheikh.
To his dear wife, his brother Alasa, and the entire Braimah family, I extend my deepest condolences. We honour his supreme sacrifice, and the daily sacrifices of all the brave men and women who stand on the frontlines to keep our nation safe. May their service not be in vain.
May Allah grant them Aljannah Firdaus, and comfort the families they leave behind. -AA

I am disappointed with the decision by the Israeli police to prevent the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem and the Christian Communities of the Holy Land from marking Palm Sunday at the Holy Sepulchre.
These actions further violate the longstanding status quo of Jerusalem’s Holy Sites.
People of every faith in Jerusalem should be able to worship freely, fully, and without fear. I am pleased that President Herzog has contacted the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, His Beatitude Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, to reaffirm this.
As someone who grew up in a home with domestic abuse, not only would I not have flown on his plane if I had any inkling of what he was doing—I would have turned him in myself and led the call for justice for his crimes, not sweetheart deals.
