⚡ During World Heart Rhythm Week 2026, we are proud to support SVT Awareness Day on Wednesday 03 June, helping to educate patients, healthcare professionals and communities about Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT/pSVT) and the importance of recognising symptoms early. 🫀
Knowing your pulse can help you know your heart rhythm and it could save a life. ❤️
As healthcare professionals, we play a vital role in improving awareness, supporting timely diagnosis and helping patients understand the range of treatment options available. From symptom recognition to referral pathways and advanced therapies, education remains key to improving outcomes for those living with SVT.
We are proud partners and supporters of Arrhythmia Alliance and encourage you to join the conversation, share resources and help raise awareness throughout the week. Together, we can empower more patients to recognise the signs and seek the right care sooner.

What you need to know:
🫀 Normal resting pulse range is 60-100bpm
📈 Pulse rates vary naturally based on activity (exercise, stress, sleep)
🚩 Watch out for red flags like a consistently high or low resting heart rate, dizziness, fainting or chest pain that could indicate an underlying condition.
🩺 Consult a healthcare professional when abnormalities persist.
