9 years ago today we lost Rich Piana. He was arguably one of the first bodybuilders to really understand the internet as its own medium, rather than treating YouTube and IG as places to dump clips.

The eating, the cars, the tattoos, the massive arms, the arguments, the 5% mentality, the completely unfiltered discussions about drugs and bodybuilding. It was basically bodybuilding reality television produced by himself.

RIP to the absolute legend.
