If you're making a classic Christmas prime rib beef roast for Christmas this year, don't be another victim and end up with a medium or over-cooked large hunk of meat!
The #1 reason why most Xmas roasts never turn out how you imagined is the fact that most home cooks underestimate the power of "carry over cooking"!
For example, if you follow this recipe here: https://t.co/AVRqGCg9y3
It calls for taking out the roast out of the oven at 130° F !!
By the time, you allow this large piece of meat to rest(for at least 1 hour), the internal temp will continue to climb by at least +10° , maybe even a bit more! You'll be looking at a MEDIUM to MEDIUM WELL.
I suggest taking out the roast about 15°F before the desired final temp!
Merry Christmas to you all! Cheers

I got this good question today from a fellow AOT community member(Ethan) asking about the NYMO/NAMO indicators...
First of all, for those who are new to trading or not familiar with the NYMO/NAMO indicators, here's the detailed AOT educational post:
https://t.co/POrAUvrMno
In the attached NYMO chart below: Notice how, despite the big pullbacks in many individual stocks and the US indices in the last 2 to 3 weeks, NYMO(and NAMO) is still not in "oversold" territory yet?! So how's that possible? After a vicious -14% pullback in the $NASDAQ and -10% pullback in $SPY in less than 15 days?
The reason is due to the "organized" and methodical(sector rotation) selling manner in which institutions have been distributing(mass selling) shares unto the market. It hasn't been done in a mad panic, and hasty("run for the exits, get me out at any price") manner of selling. It's been actually slow, steady, controlled, and "algorithmically" distributed to the public. There's been a lack of panic in the process.
That does NOT mean that stocks/indices can't bounce despite not reaching "oversold" territory but it could be pointing at a potentially extended period of sustained bearish price movement however it's much too soon to predict if this is a beginning phase of a bear market or not(i.e. a market where stocks' bounces are short-lived before they resume their downward trajectory until NYMO/NAMO eventually manage to record a selling climax/crescendo which often times leads to a lasting bottoming pattern).
I could write an entire book on this topic but I'll stop here and hopefully, this will be sufficient to give you a better idea on how this indicator works!

Happy trading!
@DeItaone Walter, stop. You’re feeding the fear and it is wildly unnecessary. You’re also not an American Citizen. Losing your integrity with these false headlines.
BREAKING: In a stunning admission, one of the most conservative Senators, Senator James Lankford, admits that it was Donald Trump who sabotaged the toughest border security legislation proposed in decades. Retweet to make sure every American sees this.
