I've been busting my ass for nearly 10 years cooking professionally as well as attending school. For a while, I've remained a line cook or a chef tournant, but never exactly where I wanted. Today that all changed.

Everyone has jobs and attend to them everyday- but not everyone has passion.

Today I took that leap of faith and not only beat the system BUT I jumped from being considered a "line cook" to an "Executive Chef" at a sushi restaurant 🥹 so believe me when I say dreams come true!
