The new Deathstroke run has been great.

It doesn’t have the problem of having such brief action and fight paneling like so many modern comics have. Having 2 panels or only 2 pages of a fight.

This isnt like modern Marvel comics where it’s just “set-up” and a tease.

To be quite honest with you, these first 3 episodes didn’t convince me of the “PIERROT FILMS” being this big advantage for Bleach. To me it looked like C3. They even took extra time and parts still look really weak.

It’s kind of got me thinking, we really waited longer for this?

Now onto the negatives of the first 3 episodes of Cour 4.

1. I wish we got more scenes with Yoruichi’s God of Thunder form. Again, the art for it and the overall adaptation was decent, but again, I really wish we could get some more fight choreography.

@Almighty_Yhwach It was just an overall letdown. It’s slightly better than most of the other manga fights I guess, but I was letdown.

The other fights are just set up so I can’t really judge them besides me not liking how they were jumping around constantly.

Seeing that Kisuke vs Askin fight doesn’t have me convinced or hyped. It was the most important one to nail in these first 3 eps, and it was very weak for me. Yoruichi looked good, but they didn’t add much to the fight. The Kisuke part was also horribly paced.

I saw the positives post and agree with them for the most part and the negatives.

For me, I think the going back and forth between fights really hindered them. I hate that trope.

Absolute Superman is the best Absolute book right now. Usually it was a toss up between Batman and Wonder Woman, but Superman is #1.

It’s a great time for Superman books.

Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow sucks. Both the comic and the movie suck. Lobo is the only good thing in the movie and he wasn’t even in the comic😂

Adapting Tom King slop was a mistake. Why does this dude have such a big role? Lanterns will also suck. Get Tom King outta here.
