Being a coach might not be the best for ones health.

As I sit sipping another cup of coffee, without sleep, still in my clothes from last night I felt the urge to share with everyone how difficult it can be to coach sports during difficult times.

Hating to lose is a curse and a blessing, but essential to ultimately having success. I'm tired. I'm hungry. I need a shower. I know I need to move on with my day, but only after another few clips on HUDL.

Losing seasons are miserable, but I still love every minute of it. Today reminded me of all the coaches out there putting in the time for their players, communities and programs.

Here's to all the coaches grinding this season.
