Wow! Our hotel & @AmericanAir were INCREDIBLE with cancelling our Spring Break Trip this week because of the COVID-19 global pandemic
BUT I have had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with @DollarCars and @priceline. Don’t book with either no matter how great the deal is.

Seems simple. Change the dates! Apparently this reservation was etched IN STONE & can’t be changed
