I am deeply grateful to the elected executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabre East Constituency, for the confidence reposed in me to serve as Constituency Research Officer.

I accept this responsibility with humility and a firm commitment to serve the grassroots of our great party with diligence, loyalty, and excellence towards a resounding victory for the NPP in 2028.
Last Friday, I participated in the Educational Summit organized by the Faculty of Educational Studies Students’ Association (FESSA) at KNUST on the theme: “The Future-Ready Educator: AI Integration, Digital Pedagogy and Educational Excellence.”
In my presentation, I spoke about the need for an education system that prepares teachers and learners with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed for a rapidly changing world. Ghana’s development depends on an education system that promotes innovation, critical thinking, digital competence, and lifelong learning. We cannot build a future-ready nation without first preparing future-ready educators.
I shared the platform with Dr. Patrick Swanzy, Maxwell Benjamin, Prof. Akwesi Acheampong, and Dr. Francis K. Awuah, and interacted with students under the leadership of the FESSA President, Mr. Prince Adu Amoateng.
My appreciation goes to KNUST and FESSA for organizing this important summit and creating a platform for meaningful discussions on the future of education. The engagement with the students reinforced the importance of investing in education as the foundation for Ghana’s national development.
I joined former and current TESCON executives, alongside former student leaders, to lead a team of youth leaders in filing the nomination forms of Mr. Yiadom Boakye Emmanuel (YB) for Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer of the NPP.

@bethefrank As a cited China unlike make other countries who for decades gone has had a critical look at adjustments in programs read across their tertiary institutions to fit the country’s man power needs
@bethefrank The relook is what his point highlighted in his recent interview and same assertion made during his tenure as Minister Education. Which he begun from various SHS through the introduction new courses in the SHS curriculum I.e Biological Science, Aerospace engineering etc
@bethefrank And for that matter suggested a relook and adjustments to suit market needs. China and other countries have applied this upon noticing programs weren’t meeting market needs. The fact that there are backlogs of unemployment should mean same must continue
@bethefrank His rejoinder focused on the word USELESS used in this context in earlier description of the issues at hand. His commentary was centered on certain courses which are not approved by the National Teaching Council for these graduates who aims at teaching with that qualification….
BA Education (Non-Teaching) at the University of Ghana. The broader call was for a review of such programmes to ensure better alignment between university training, professional qualification and the needs of the job market. 3/3
This morning on Kasapa Radio, I addressed the public discussion surrounding comments made by Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum on certain university programmes.
His remarks have been widely misconstrued. The issue he raised was not to disparage any course or institution..1/3
but to highlight a serious policy concern: the growing disconnect between some academic programmes and clear employment or professional pathways for graduates. Examples referenced in the discussion included BA Development Education at the University for Development Studies an 2/3
There can be no meaningful “reset” of a country that was never truly set on a path of sustained transformation in the first place. Real national renewal is not built on slogans; it is built on vision, productivity, structural reforms, and consistent economic growth.
One of the greatest rewards of leadership is seeing a vision come to life beyond your tenure.
I’m proud to celebrate the publication of the Essential Values for Ghanaian Youth Handbook—a project the 57th NUGS administration was privileged to lead with T-TEL and key partners. 1/2
