He will borrow against it and get tax free cash at a very low percentage while BTC continues to appreciate each year at a much higher percentage. Rinse and repeat. There's your expenses paid

@HukAleksandra If you did your homework you would learn that these estates belongs to the monarch 'in the right of the crown' which means owned by the monarch for the duration of their regin. However, you'd learn that it's NOT private property of the monarch nor can it be sold by them.
