@TheOfficialSBI I am having trouble understanding my EMI. I have taken x amount of loan, but only some part of it(say y) got disbursed and remaining(say z) not yet disbursed. In yono, it says EMI only for y but in reality it gets cut including z. What on earth is this?

Also there is another issue, when i do prepayment, it reduces the principle amount but neither EMI nor Tenure is reduced accordingly.
When i contact the branch, they say glitch in app.

Dear @TheOfficialSBI, I am an account holder of SBI. I did ATM withdrawal of some x amount on 9th of november 2025. In my 4 withdrawals, 1 was not successful yet my account got debited that x amount. I have lodged a complaint in crcf(in < 1hr) but no response.
