@HCI_London As per guideline 2, a passenger having RT/PCR negative report done at Delhi airport will be categorised as exempted from institutional quarantine when entering another state. Is it applicable for passengers who are traveling to Kolkata?
@airindiain @airindiain It's been more than a day and none of us have received any phone call and the status of PNR is still in "holding confirm". The support executives mentioned that only the agent who initiated the booking can confirm and no one else.
@airindiain @airindiain Can you please look into this matter on a priority basis? It seems the airline doesn't care the support to the customer where I have already spent 90k for oneway two tickets!
@airindiain @airindiain Still I didn't get any assistance.I'm continuously calling to customer care for last two days to get a confirmed eticket for which I've already made a huge amount payment. Can you please help me to sort this out ASAP otherwise the tickets will be cancelled tomorrow.
