How does a player who made 33 appearances become captain and start ahead of a player who made 55 appearances this season, yet that player is not even being given a chance to play for the national team?

I am still wondering.

How is Rodri, a Manchester City player who struggled after winning the Ballon d'Or, spent a long time injured, and only made a few appearances after returning, still starting?

Meanwhile, Zubimendi, an Arsenal player who won the Premier League and played in a Champions League final, cannot even get minutes on the pitch.

For sure, I feel it is unfair to Zubimendi.
