You’re right that the licensing process takes time. We’re currently working through the applications and approvals required for the transition. Regarding hemp operations, we’re exploring an arrangement with Bakeboxx, subject to confirmation that the structure meets Florida’s licensing requirements.

I purchased the business and licensing from Bakeboxx. I wasn’t involved in its previous operations. This is a change in ownership, and I understand why you want more than a statement to believe that.

You deserve respectful answers, transparency, and consistency. Judge us by how we conduct ourselves and handle concerns over time. You don’t owe us your trust we have to earn it.

You’re entitled to question us, but personal insults don’t establish facts. In the month I’ve managed this account, I’ve worked to address concerns, including those involving the previous owners.

If you have a specific claim about something I’ve done, state it clearly and I’ll address it directly. Criticism deserves an answer; accusations deserve evidence. Let the community judge this fairly.

This week, I personally sent out more than 15 free packages in one day to help people who reported losing money through Bakeboxx. This was a gesture of goodwill, at my own expense, to address a situation I did not create.

I understand that past experiences can make trust difficult, and I respect everyone’s right to be cautious. However, repeated accusations, demands, and disrespect have made it clear that I need to set a boundary.

This week marks the end of these goodwill shipments. Moving forward, my focus will be on running the business professionally and serving customers with the same respect I expect in return.

To those who have shown patience and appreciation, thank you. Trust is yours to give, but mutual respect is a basic expectation.
