@SamsungIndia so we bought a ref 10 years and it was overcooling ..to my surprise the engineer comes and tells me that it's 3 parts inc PCB isnt working and since it's old Samsung dosnt maintain inventory of its https://t.co/HQvIOng45m I can get repaired from outside.

I bought a @AOSmithin water purifier from @Flipkart last month and till date it is not working and ao smith is not doing anything about it...neither is flookart replacing the product..pathetic service both from @Flipkart and @AOSmithin...please never ever buy from them

@AOSmithin Today something new happened a guy came and changed the PCB AND ITS STILL NIT WORKING...EITHER U CHANGED IT WITH A OLD PCB ot that was never a problem...@Flipkart also fools its customer after calling its customer care and writting here not a single call

@AOSmithin Everytime I call #aosmithindia service center they want to listen to me story in detail...than send a new service guy who tells it's pcb us not working and we will replace Than no one comes back with pcb...again a call ,a service again...@Flipkart

@AOSmithin U have pathetic service team...it's been almost a month that I have bought it from @Flipkart @flipkartsupport neither are they bothered cause they got there money...nor do u...atleat 5 of ur people have visited my house but they couldn't make it work..

It's surprising that all authorities including our honorable MLS is so ignorant about our plea and voices we have been raising since past 8 days. Why is it that no one has an answer or a solution till date?

@PankajBansalM3M Dear Pankaj ji. This is to bring your kind notice that even after 4 years of completion of M3M Escala, we are still waiting for the water supply at Govt. rates. Request you to look into this. Rest all societies around M3M Escala has MCG water supply.
