Gaza:
▪️A peer-reviewed study in The Lancet Global Health estimated 75,200 violent deaths between October 7, 2023, and January 5, 2025.
▪️Over 65,000 additional deaths from starvation.
▪️Women and children comprise approximately 60% to 70% of total fatalities.
▪️An additional 10,000 people are estimated to be missing and presumed buried under rubble.
▪️Over 80% of buildings in Gaza are reported to be damaged or destroyed, with an estimated 320,000+ housing units affected and over 60 million tonnes of rubble created.
Hell on earth. And there is absolutely no justification for this scale of atrocity whatsoever.
@MarioNawfal@GraceWithGlory1 The only negotiation that Trump is offering is his on terms, Aka surrender.
That’s no negotiations nor diplomacy.
Iran is open to negotiations, not obey terms and conditions presented by trump nor Israel.
🎯getting closer....
Im not arrogant enough to assume I will be able to bottom tick an exact entry.... but I WILL at least get a decent level for long term entry.
"Sweden is proof socialism works!"
Your professor loves this story. Politicians too. But there's one problem: Sweden got rich BEFORE it tried socialism.
And when they actually tried it, everything fell apart. 🧵
The more your employees trust you,
the more engaged they become.
MIT research reveals that employees who trust their leaders:
1. Are 50% less likely to leave
2. Are 260% more motivated
3. Have 41% fewer absences
Harvard studies found that in high-trust companies, employees experience:
1. 76% greater engagement
2. 50% higher productivity
3. 106% more energy
4. 74% less stress
Lack of trust is a serious issue that’s hard to fix.
So how can you build trust in your workplace?
I’ve put together a simple guide with 5 tips to help:
A) Listen more to promote open communication.
B) Ask for feedback and act on it to show you care.
C) Show daily appreciation to recognize your team.
D) Trust your team with responsibilities to give them ownership.
E) Encourage coaching for professional growth.
F) Be consistent in your actions to build reliability.
Building trust is key to solving many business problems.
Create a high-trust environment, and watch your business thrive.
P.S. Do you feel your workplace has a trusting environment?

🚨ISRAEL BOMBS IRAN🇮🇷: HAS THE FULL-SCALE REGIONAL WAR BEGUN?!
Israel cannot act without the green light of the United States, clearly Donald Trump provided it, as the entire political class of the United States is bought by Israel lobby money.
So begins yet another disaster in this region, with the US’ bloodstained hands all over the potential coming carnage. While China🇨🇳 brought an unprecedented peace to the region by uniting Saudi Arabia🇸🇦 and Iran…all the US has to offer this region, through its unsinkable aircraft carrier called Israel, is nothing but war and destruction.
The GCC wanted to avoid a regional war at all costs, putting a priority on economic development and mutual cooperation. Instead, Israel led by Netanyahu and his band of extremists, steamrolls ahead with its apocalyptic and genocidal plans to not only burn Gaza, but burn the entire region.
None of this would be possible without the US-UK-EU weaponry provided to Israel. All 3 have been united in their support for Israel’s colonial barbarism, and now will stand behind Israel as chaos erupts.
Did Trump create peace in the Middle East?
Let’s break it down.
Since I began covering the geopolitical finance of the Middle East, I’ve consistently said there are 3 steps to achieving lasting peace in the region IMO:
⸻
(1) 🇮🇷🇸🇦 Normalization Between Iran & Saudi Arabia
This breakthrough began in 2023, with 🇨🇳 China stepping in as the mediator—something the US did not want to happen.
China’s involvement marked a shift toward regional diplomacy independent of US influence.
⸻
(2) 🇵🇸 A Self-Determined Palestine
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia made it clear that any normalization with 🇮🇱 Israel had to include a path to Palestinian self-determination.
🇮🇷 Iran continued its support for Palestinian resistance against occupation, while 🇪🇬 Egypt & 🇯🇴 Jordan stood against both IMF & 🇺🇸 US pressure to facilitate ethnic cleansing.
Ironically, it was 🇮🇱 Netanyahu who created the environment that made this outcome inevitable through his aggressive policies.
🇺🇸 The US, under every administration—including #Trump2016—consistently voted against Palestinian freedom at the UN.
Trump attempted to bypass both Iran and Palestine through the Abraham Accords, but it ultimately failed to address the demands that Saudi Arabia insisted upon.
This also pushed Iran to be more aggressive.
⸻
(3) 🇺🇸 The Removal of US Influence From the Middle East
Here, #Trump will do more than any president since JFK.
But this transition only fully materialized when 🇸🇦 the GCC & 🌍 BRICS aligned, persuading #BlackRock to redirect investments toward a multipolar world, rather than sustaining the forever wars that benefited the military-industrial complex.
Once these pieces were in place, Trump executed what will likely be remembered as Abraham Accords 2, and—true to form—he will take full credit for all of it.
⸻
🇿🇦 South Africa’s Courageous Stand
I give full credit to South Africa for bringing the genocide case forward—a decisive move that forced the military-industrial complex to retreat, fearing future lawsuits for supplying arms to genocidal regimes.
🌍 I believe #BRICS empowered South Africa with the geopolitical backing needed to make this bold stand possible.
🌎 Every country in the world—except the United States—stood behind them.
⸻
📢 A Global Stand Against U.S. & Israeli Hegemony
In the end, 🇸🇦 the #GCC, 🌍 BRICS, and the Global South, through the UN, stood up to both 🇺🇸 the United States & 🇮🇱 Israel.
The people played their role too—boycotting, protesting, & producing powerful content to expose the truth to the world.
The American people made it unmistakably clear that #Biden & #Harris would lose the next election for his complicity in genocide.
⸻
Would this have happened under Biden?
No.
Absolutely not.
He was a neocon.
I give credit to Trump for not being a NeoCon, for having the stature to stand up to the Israel lobby, and for being an anti-war president in general.
⸻
BlackRock: The Real Power Behind American Policy
What is happening now could only occur with the backing of BlackRock, which represents the true, unelected power behind US policy—the collective force of global corporate interests.
Without BlackRock’s consent, nothing of this magnitude could ever happen.
I believe they calculated that there were greater profits in abandoning Zionism & aligning with the 🇸🇦 GCC & 🌍 BRICS, rather than continuing to profit from endless wars in the Middle East through the deep state apparatus they control.
Credit to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar & China for building enough sovereign wealth to be relevant.
This shift wasn’t driven by humanitarian concerns; it was purely a business decision.
Genocide was no longer profitable.
⸻
🌍 This Is the Biggest Geopolitical Shift of Our Lifetime.
🇵🇸 A once-in-a-generation, global effort to free Palestine is now underway.
That’s my honest assessment.
Of course, in the grand theater of history, Trump will receive the Nobel Peace Prize for executing the final act—and take credit for it all.
I'm German.
16 years ago, the EU and US economies were neck and neck.
Today, the US economy is 50% larger than the entire EU combined.
Here's the devastating truth behind Europe's ongoing economic suicide 🧵:
Israel has just taken land in Syria up to twice the size of the Gaza strip and Israeli tanks are within 30 miles of Damascus and possibly closer.
Yet HTS has not fired one single shot at an Israeli soldier.
If that doesn't make you understand what happened, nothing will.
