This could help lower skilled players not have to keep facing legend players who are tanking for any reason. Would also decrease players from paid actoring others to hit legend rank as well. More challenging and fun for the Legend players. Just think about it please 🙏 Thank you!
@scopely@PokemonGoApp Future ideas: Legends League. After players hit legend rank, they continue to play against other legend ranked players. And incentives to continue playing, better rewards, example: more stardust, increased odds of legendary Pokémon encounter in rotation etc
@PokemonGoApp@scopely Thank you for the upcoming Solosis community day! In future move updates, please consider the following for Reuniclus: Charm is poor due to its low energy gains. It learns a better energy move: Confusion. For coverage vs dark types, it learns Hammer Arm ;)
TLDR: please give Reuniclus the moves Confusion and Hammer Arm. And consider making Hammer Arm (and Ice Hammer) a Psycho Boost variant (lower atk stage -1). That would create fun hit and run strategies, and dynamic play, that so many old Deoxys-Defense players enjoyed using! 🙏
If Hammer Arm was 35 energy for 70 damage, similar to Psycho Boost, but debuff 1 atk stage. Pacing would be 3 confusions to the first Hammer Arm (14+14+14=42, 42-35=7 residual), then only 2 confusions to the second move (7+14+14=35)! That’s 20 turns to 2 moves, which is standard
Confusion: 14 energy/4 turns. If Hammer Arm costs 40 energy, like Super Power, its pacing would be every 3 confusions (every 12 turns), to a high damaging fight move (90 damage?), that debuffs its attack stage by 1.
Hammer arm (& ice hammer), deal damage then lower user’s speed in the original game.
In PoGo, speed correlates with attack changes, like how Trail Blaze increases speed in original games, but in PoGo increases attack.
So Hammer arm could deal damage then lower user’s attack!

Overall some really good changes, just PLEASE FIX 1 turn lag/bring in! 🙏 @scopely that literally is killing the competitive scene. If you fix that, the player pool would come flooding in!
Yo! Love the incorporation of GBL leaderboard placement for championship points! Maybe 10 points for every page? (Page 1 = 100😉) Now we have incentive to keep playing after hitting Legend. Also nice to see some meta switch ups as well, feels fresh! 😁 @PokemonGoApp@playpokemon

@TheActualNomad I didn’t catch a good one the past week, so will have to hunt for fire grunts before the next rotation. Next season I’ll give it a shot for sure!
@ItsAXN@TheActualNomad Instead of debuffing rock tomb, they are giving increased accessibility of it to others first. Look out for shadow Pignite, if they make ember at least 8 energy (mudshot clone), it will pace just as fast as acid Cradily 7666. This should allow for different build comps now!
