@HiltonHonors As you can see my problem started in May and now, STILL no help to resolve that issue. And on top of that NO ONE would help me make a reservation and kept transferring me to front desk. Now it's over $100 MORE per night, plus the resort fees. So an extra $380 for a weekend.

@HiltonHonors HATES its diamond members. Nasty, unsanitary conditions with TERRIBLE careless service. I have been trying to get help and make a reservation at a different hotel, but been denied. Guess I wasted money here. Avoid!
