@future_care It is 29th and you yourself have no clue about my product or what is Hometown policy or who can resolve this issue. It is really pathetic state of operations. Seems you have no system in place for order tracking. Forget providing view to customer, you yourself have no visibility

@future_care I have lost my patience with HomeTown, pls understand I had shifted to new place on 20th and for that plan had placed order of beds and wardrobe and table on 15th ...to be delivered on 21st. It's 28th today. Atleast have decency to offer to cancel the order .
@narendramodi Sir, need your intervention for this harrasment from big retail online group @HomeTown_In where consumer has no say. Paid my hard earned money upfront, no accountability, no one @fg_buzz is telling me where is the product purchased. Helpless.

@future_care Priya, your team has no clue. They called me to tell that they have no visibility of Hometown process and they have just forwarded my concern to HT and HT will revert in 24 hrs. This answer I had got from HT 2 days back also.
