My Wakefit chair was supposed to be delivered on 4th May. It is now 28th May and still no delivery, no update, and no accountability.
Since 14th May, I have escalated repeatedly through support, escalation team and grievance officer.
@SupportWakefit At what point does an escalation become a script?

Escalated to Kavi D (Director of Customer Experience) on 14 May. More than 2 weeks later: no update, no resolution, no accountability.
@WakefitCo@Ankit_AGarg The last time I spoke to Kavya was on 29 May, who said my case manager would call me 100% the next day and update. Itโs more than 3 days now. Should I have to keep coming here post everyday ? No replies to emails, no attention to public escalation! Wt else should a customer do ?
@WakefitCo You said my case manager would contact me shortly. I still waited 36 hours. Result: no call, no update, no resolution. "Shortly" is becoming Wakefit's longest-running commitment. The issue isn't the delay anymore; it's promises without ownership. Same story. AGAIN. @Ankit_AGarg
@WakefitCo Hi, Kavya called me after this. Gave excuses as usual & no resolution. She promised that I would 100% get a call back today by afternoon with a resolution/update. I waited patiently till the EOD & AS USUAL no call/update. Wt a wonderful team of liars you have built @Ankit_AGarg
Your escalation leads Priya, Kartik, Sindhu and Fiona all asked for 24โ48 hours, but no one honoured their callback/update commitments.
Even grievance/compliance emails have gone unanswered.
Is public escalation the only way to get a basic delivery update after payment?
