@joakimhi it would be tough. even if deploy succeeds it would need some powerful indexers backing it in its current form. i did my best to trim it down when it went “autonomous”, but i think a more substantial rewrite is needed where i can get it to a point where no indexer is needed
i just spent a few days and rewrote Sky Strife to work without a blockchain. now uses a cloudflare worker backed by a sql database. kinda amazed how easy it was to just shim all the blockchain interactions. check it out:
now that i have access to a real tick function i was able to get bots working, so no need to wait for other players. hard bot has decimated me every time i tried lol
how are people testing locally when using steam p2p networking? i feel stupid with two computers and two steam accounts next to each other.
i'm about to write a mock local-only steam networking layer, but this seems like overkill
