There are days of difficulties and challenges, evil days when we couldn't find help in anyone or anything, we tried helping ourselves in isolation but that too didn't work until Jesus helped us.
When we see others going through challenges, we can not help them because we couldn't even help ourselves, our duty is to point them to Him who helped us, and perhaps He will help them too.
As we invest in businesses expecting maximum ROI, we should deliberately work towards making our life an investment that brings a maximum return to the Father (God), a life that pleases Him and makes His heart leap for joy.

Do not beat yourself or get hard on yourself over the resources you thought were lost, it was an investment in mastery.

The fact that you did a thing and failed doesn't mean you are a failure. That you failed doesn't mean you shouldn't do it again. How will you master a thing if you don't fail in it?
When leading a team, don't struggle to keep people, don't waste energy trying to cajole your team to stay, just serve them with value (take the lead in serving) and you'll get their loyalty for a gift.
If it's the right door, it will open with ease, you don't have to push it too hard; it comes to you like a gift - you don't work to have that.

If you struggled to get them, you will struggle to keep them. Enough with forcing some doors to open (relationships - whether business, friendship, or whatever).
Before you put your money into it, before you invest your time in it, behind the talks, if you can not find commitment of time, investment of their resources, and high-end sacrifices in whoever (person or business) you are investing those funds or time in, omorrr!!! Jappa.
Righteousness indeed exalts a nation (a country, a people, a business). David Oyedepo once said: "capacity takes a man up, integrity keeps him there"
For Do Kwon and Bill Hwang, it wasn't integrity issues but overconfidence and paying little or no attention to risk management.
Elizabeth Holmes, Trevor Milton, Adam Neumann, and Sam Bankman-Fried; are my most fascinating tech fall entrepreneurs' stories (Billions of dollars wiped out in less than a week). And all four pointed to deception or integrity issues.
Everyone is interested in the ROI, but no one wants to take calculated risks with you. It's not about being interested, it's not about the long talks; commitment and attitude should determine who goes on that long trip with you. It took me 7 years to understand those.
