@lNVSlBLESTRlNG @XxLizziexX108 @zubatzo gluten free bread that is 100% safe for celiacs!! they go in and remove the gluten somehow. all of that being said it comes down to personal preference & how comfortable you are but regardless italy is one of the best gf places in the world :-)

@lNVSlBLESTRlNG @XxLizziexX108 @zubatzo friend is definitely not the only celiac to have gone abroad and experienced this phenomenon. i think i've read that some people even got tested afterwards and their bloodwork came back without increased numbers. idk if you've ever had schar bread but it's actually a wheat made
