@TMobileHelp Is there something in the system which might block automated texts? (Ex: verification texts, auto texts from pharmacies, etc.) My phone will not receive them anymore and it's getting problematic.

Jesus Christ, save me. @TMobileHelp I don't know who's working your chat line, but I may as well be talking to a brick wall. A coverage was removed from my policy, without my consent or knowledge, and I'm being told I can't have it restored the way it was. This is ABSURD.
