@ouzo_zip @FICMBondTrader I actually think he’s trolling? Most 100% commission gigs (or very low base arrangements) offer higher upside … but they’re also lower barrier to entry jobs… ie BTIG or some smaller banks within credit come to mind … so if you can do well you’d earn higher share of biz
