Government is going to spend billions to interfere in a new industry in order to "fix it". Because it worked so well for Healthcare, Education, Housing, ....etc
I've got no love for Reagan, but we was right about the most terrifying words in the english language:
"I'm from the government and I'm here to help"
@mark_slapinski We're going to prosperity so much. You may even get tired of prosperity. And you'll say, 'Please, please, it's too much prosperity. We can't take it anymore, Mr. Prime Minister, it's too much.' And I'll say, 'No it isn't! We have to keep prosperity-ing, we have to prosper more!'
@MarkJCarney@chiefcindyafn I'm curious if you have even a single example of an economic opportunity the First Nations have created. Because there are hundreds of examples of them stifling economic development
@kim_gaetz You liberal sycophants are sad.
Almost 7% unemployment and the only G7 economy in recession, but that's ok because the Liberal majority "believes in Canada".
I sure wish Canadians could eat slogans.
Wow, you'll donate a kidney to a family member but not to a stranger?
Checkmate Separatists.
Trust radiates outward. I would rather help local communities over other provinces, just like I would rather help east-coast Canadians over third world countries.
But at some point after the rest of Canada keeps trying to economically cripple you while their hands are still in your wallet, the desire to help disappears.
@TurnbullWhitby The irony of your post would be funny if it wasn't so sad. You are here defending the government responsible for the only G7 economy in a recession while talking about misinformation.
Ideological capture is a hell of a drug
@DaIeJohnson We might be in a recession, but at least its a well-credentialled recession. I'm sure their intelligence and integrity will fill hungry Canadian's bellies
