I have read a lot of real stories about Postpartum Depression (PPD) and Postpartum Psychosis (PPP) that have made me shiver. Like, I had goosebumps all over my body.

Goddd! I’m really glad these conversations are happening and that awareness is being created because we can’t continue to ignore this part of the pregnancy journey.
