@AmazonHelp @amazonIN After pulling off a scam, you're now claiming that the resolution provided through the team is the best one. Wow.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I just received an email in which Amazon acknowledges their mistake. However, there is no mention of a refund whatsoever. The email is quite long; otherwise, I would have tagged it.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN They withheld a customer's money and claimed that the resolution provided by their team was correct. Unbelievable!

@AmazonHelp And I’ve been talking to him for 7 months now.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp I’ve already spoken with them via chat—just now, and also an hour ago. They’ve made it clear: they will not provide a refund.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp Look, how many times do I have to go over this? Every time I tag you or send a message, you just tell me to talk to the team via chat. I’ve already told you so many times—I have tried everything possible!

@AmazonHelp Hello Amazon Team,

I received your email, but it does not provide any clear update regarding my refund. The item was already picked up, and your senior support team had informed me that the refund would be processed within 3 to 5 days.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp It has been 7 months, and Amazon still hasn't issued my refund. Whenever I reach out, they tell me to check my DMs, or they make me fill out some form.I have been talking to you every day for 7 months.The Amazon team is not providing a refund.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp Whenever I speak to the team, I get the same response: an email will be sent within 24 hours.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp Done

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp Yeah, brother, fill in the details, Cardi. And I’ve already filled in these details so many times.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp I’ve had the details submitted 1,000 times. I’ve sent DMs 1,000 times. It hasn’t made any difference.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp Give me my refund now. How much longer do I have to keep filling out forms? You just write anything in the DMs and then tell me to "please check the DMs." Just give me my refund—it’s been a long time.

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp @AmazonIN Received 1 unit instead of 2. You accepted my return for “Missing Parts” and picked up the item, yet my refund has been pending for 7 months! Please resolve this and issue my refund immediately.

@AmazonHelp You told me to fill the details in DM. I have submitted the details. In fact, I have submitted these same details many times already. Please find a solution; I am really distressed. 🥹

[KOUKAB TAHIR @KoukabT53779]

@AmazonHelp I said no; their stance is clear—they won’t provide a refund. Even after repeated discussions, the answer remains the same. So, what’s the point of talking?
