Ngl Icebreaker is an even bigger reason to remove deaths from AI in the K/D equation

Only PMC kill counts for kills but Black Division / Boss as deaths doesn't make much sense

@Texasitman @Suspection_ @xTerotex So does the smoke strat not work anymore? I watched lvndmark and fragas use smokes to make it easier last night. The bosses don’t immediately kill you through smoke.
