I had ordered an executive chair from Home centre on 9th February with a request to deliver the product on 15th February but neither the delivery partner nor the customer care do anything. They don't have capacity to deliver. It's a breach of trust.
@AmitAgarwal HI! I am writing out of sheer frustration of Amazon in not refunding despite sending a damaged 6 glass pieces pack. I wrote to you on 25th October, 23 raising complaint but to no avail. Please intervene.

@amazonIN, it is very frustrating to note the unprofessional approach of Amazon in not refunding the amount for a set of 6 glasses purchased from them which was delivered as damaged.
M Dr Pankaj KP Shreyaskar and am a civil servant with Govt of India at the level of Joint Secretary.Had ordered a hat 404-0861217-3597153 to be received by 28th SEP. Not received even now. Raised the issue with all levels of Amazon but to no avail. Need your intervention
@amazonIN Amazon couldn't keep its promise for delivering a hat to me even on this date, purchased on 20th August, 22. I escalated the issue to all levels in Amazon but to no avail. Their conduct is a classical example of breach of trust.

@AmazonHelp Yes, i had connected. It was promised that within 2 days Amazon help will send me an updated reply, as they have written to the vendor.But, even after a lapse of 5 days, no response

@AmazonHelp Despite my writing to you on 2nd October no progress in the matter. Amazon help representative promised me to reply in 2 days but all in vain. 5 days passed no update. Height of unprofessionalism.
@AmazonHelp There is nothing personal when it is not treated by the Amazon. It's a laughing stock to preach this by Amazon, when it has only acted as a breach of trust.
@AmazonHelp Kindly see the records of Amazon help, which is of no use at all. On various dates, three times in past, I requested them to please ensure its delivery by 24th September. It was promised, failed, waited for its due date on 28th, failed yet again. Now, suggested that refund.
