Without structure work completion how to handover project.

@amitguptaHR @OfficialNBCC NBCC not following Court receiver (SupremeCourt) guidelines, only making fool to buyers.. NBCC giving every month false delivery date for Adarsh Awas Yojana (AAY)
Requesting Court receiver to ask weekly update from NBCC with proof.
