We have had a wonderful start to Year 4 full of painting, computing, Romans, and even a little maths and English. So much hard work and so much smiling!
We had an AWESOME time in London. In Parliament, we got to go into the House of Commons chamber and watched members of the House of Lords debate. We saw so many iconic landmarks on our Thames boat tour and we found the best play park in London! What a day! 😀
We’ve loved creating our own Impressionist style paintings, trying to use tints and shades to show light like Monet did. We included mountains and rivers to link to our Misty Mountains, Winding Rivers topic. @Cornerstonesedu
In R.E. we have been learning about what it means to be stewards of the Earth. We wanted to be active in this and so we cleaned up our school grounds and started preparing the earth for planting some wildflowers.
