Get ready to saddle up!
May is officially the Month of the Bicycle in Dumfries & Galloway, and there’s no better way to celebrate than at the @KM Rally 2026.
Hosted by the KPT Development Trust, this is your invitation to pedal through history in the birthplace of the bicycle.

Our Tracks & Trails group were delighted that the first of two interpretation boards on the Keir to Tynron path was put in place this week. The board has a topographic panel on it pointing out the hills in the distance, with information on flora and fauna you may see in the area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person able to cook and organise the day to day kitchen tasks, in our soon to open community café.
There will also be the opportunity to expand the role into management. For full job description & application form, email [email protected]
A massive THANKYOU to @Business_Micros, Penpont, who have very generously donated two whisky barrels and arranged to have them planted, for our new cycle area next to our community cafe garden.
We can't wait to see them planted up and looking 'blooming' lovely. Thankyou! ☺️
