Educators it's time (or almost time) to relax and recharge! Here are a few ideas:
💡Unplug and Set Boundaries
💡Prioritize Sleep and Movement
💡Reconnect with Joyful Hobbies
💡Spend Time with Loved Ones
💡Reflect and Dream
How are you relaxing this summer?

If you want to retain top talent, the question to ask isn’t, "How do I keep employees from leaving?" Instead, ask: "How do I become the kind of leader they never want to leave?"
@VivekGRamaswamy You have no idea what success or failure even looks like in public schools. Try spending some time in the real world before you start telling teachers what they should get paid.
Leadership is Easy, Until…
Until you have to hold someone accountable.
Until you face criticism for doing the right thing.
Until you have to make a tough decision with no easy answer.
Until you take the blame for a mistake you didn’t make.
Until you have to lead people who don’t want to be led.
Until you’re expected to stay calm when everything is falling apart.
Until you have to sacrifice for the good of the team.
Leadership isn’t about a title. It’s about showing up when it’s hard.
That’s when real leaders stand out.
Choose to lead.
Some kids don’t seem motivated, and some kids have an attitude. Some adults give up on them, and some adults don’t.
The adults who persist are the ones who get to change lives.
@elonmusk You don’t know anything about this or what it takes to be a teacher in public school. There are many that have passed the exams and can’t handle it. When’s the last time you actually stepped foot in a public school?
