@Jmanvelez Absolutely! I am so freaking hyped that the lingering implications left by Fusion and Dread are getting expanded upon and explored to the point where not even the name of the game will let you ignore what’s probably going to become of Samus.
Finally applying to some animation production jobs/internships.
I applied to a few in the UK. I found it interesting that when I checked the box labeled “do you have a disability?”, I got to further clarify what disability I have.
…I intend to apply for more UK animation jobs.
Friendly reminder to others that I’m now on that other platform.
I’m probably going to be posting here less from now on. Not going to leave entirely just yet, but going forward, I don’t think there’s much incentive for me to stick around here all that much.
@Lizz_Cas Wait, there’s not an automatic system in place for this kind of thing for production staff despite the entertainment industry being such a big industry in southern Califor- I’m only adding to the problem by asking this out loud, aren’t I?
Man, I would absolutely love to see any classic RPG get resurrected the way that Larian brought back Baldur’s Gate.
But at the same time, man, I hope Larian gets the absolute freedom to work on whatever the heck they want to work on going forward.
Larian CEO Swen Vincke says there were only two other RPG series he was interested in working on if he couldn't get Baldur's Gate: Fallout and Ultima. https://t.co/yL6QXNsOZh
This semester’s been rough. I got COVID on my birthday, I had major computer problems that prevented me from finishing work, and I also got bullied rather badly by another student, to the point where I thought about giving up on art entirely.
But I didn’t. I didn’t give up. 👍
I know. I’ve been a bit quiet on here as of late.
I-I promise, th-there’s good reason as to why. I’ve been busy and I finally graduate soon.
I’m both incredibly excited a-a-and a little bit nervous.
