🇺🇳🇺🇸🇮🇷 UN inquiry finds grounds to believe U.S. committed war crimes in Iran strikes

The UN Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on Iran said it found reasonable grounds to believe the United States committed war crimes in two February 28 airstrikes that killed at least 178 civilians, including women and children.

The mission said a U.S. Tomahawk strike hit the Shajareh Tayyebeh Primary School in Minab, killing more than 150 people, including around 120 children. A separate U.S. strike using Precision Strike Missiles dispersed tungsten pellets over a sports complex and residential area in Lamerd, killing 22 civilians.
